Throughout the show, the newlyweds go on dates and do mundane activities. Real jokes and clever visual gags would help. It takes more than awkward encounters between two love-struck kids to make a funny romantic comedy. It's not your average rom-com because they're married! Except, it is. To say they rushed into things would be stating the obvious, but that's the appeal. It wasn't until he turned 18 that she showed up at his door ready to get married, and they lived happily ever after. He literally dropped out of high school to search for her. It's immediately clear Nasa has never touched a woman who isn't his mom. He desperately tries to track down the one girl who gave him a breadcrumb of affection. ![]() Nasa agrees to her terms, but then she mysteriously disappears into the night.įor the next two years, he obsesses over Tsukasa. You will quickly find that she does not act like a normal human being. The girl, Tsukasa, agrees to become his girlfriend, but only if they get married Lucky for him, a girl intervenes and saves his life. One cold winter night, a high school student named Nasa gets hit by a truck. Even though it made me want to die, I finished it so you don't have to. I will fully admit I am not the target audience of this anime. If you have extreme opinions about Tonikawa: Over the Moon For You, I suggest you do not read this review it may make you angry.
